Raven Tower
Raven Tower is a sealed tower in Highgarden, the affluent northern district of Arakcadia. It is older than the district around it and older than any civic record of it: its single door has been shut for longer than living memory, and no owner, builder or keeper appears in Arakcadian records. Its function and history are not matters of public record.
What is publicly known about Raven Tower is limited to its location, its unusual appearance, and its sealed door. The Arakcadian Council claims no ownership of it; its only stated policy is that the tower be left alone.

Raven Tower's existence in Highgarden is not a secret. It appears on Arakcadian civic maps in its correct location, labelled simply "Raven Tower (sealed)". The Arakcadian Cartographic Office includes it in published maps of the city without further annotation.
The tower is not described in public civic literature. References to it in general circulation tend to be brief: an old tower, sealed, best left alone. The Great Library of Arakcadia's public collections contain no detailed account of the tower's history or function, and architects who have looked at it from the street are at a loss to say how it stands.
There is some public speculation about the tower's purpose. Common theories range from a forgotten archive to a treasury or an old watchtower whose builders simply walked away. None of these theories can be confirmed from public documentation, and locals generally give the tower door a wide berth.
